Seminar and
Discussion on “Sri Lanka’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and its Importance”
With accordance to the 2018 year plan of the Department of
Musicology, a seminar on “Sri Lanka’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and its
Importance” was held on the 19th of September 2018 at the Dr. Ranjan Abeysinghe
Gamut from 1:00 p.m. onwards till 4.00 pm. UNESCO Regional Consultant and
Ayurvedic Doctor, Dr. Danister L. Perera arrived as the guest lecturer for this
informative event. Students of the second, third, and final year of the
Department of Musicology, as well as lecturers, participated in this very
beneficial workshop. A few moments from
